Before Week 1

Three things to do right now.

1

Watch for the dates

Six sessions on Zoom. The schedule is being finalized and you'll get it by text and email. When it lands, block all six. The people who get results are the ones who show up live.

2

Pull your numbers

Monthly income, monthly expenses, what you own, what you owe. Rough is fine. Week 1 and Week 2 are built on your real numbers, not hypotheticals.

3

Whitelist the email

Add askloral@askloral.com to your contacts so the weekly prep, replays, and calculators never land in spam.

The Six Weeks

What we build, week by week.

Week 1Live Corporate Life: The WhyThe two tax systems, the entity menu, and the paperwork that separates owners from employees.
Week 2Know Your Strategy and Your ExitYour numbers, your net return, your goals. Income first. Every deal's exit decided before you buy.
Week 3Wholesale, Fix and FlipBuild the buyer list and run every deal through the calculators.
Week 4Creative FinancingSeller financing, private money, promissory notes, hard money, and small local banks.
Week 5Capital Connections and the Bankable BinderBuild the binder, present the deal, meet the capital side of the table.
Week 6Pay the Least Tax for Generational WealthDepreciation, the entity stack, family structures, and your 12-month tax calendar.

Replays post within 24 hours of each session. We'll email you the replay link after Week 1. You keep access for six months.
